I am searching for information on the BUSH family who lived from the 1870's in the Edge area of Brazos County. My father, Dennis Clifford STARK was born in Edge in 1909, son of William Oscar STARK and Ada BUSH. Ada was the daughter of Thomas BUSH, a Confederate soldier who came from Mississippi after the War, with wife Arminda and older children. Known children were William E., Ada, Walter,Luther, and Crockett.I am especially interested in corresponding with some member of Bush family who might still be around. Thanks

Children by second wife:
Jessie C. ROYDER, Mary or Sarah J. ROYDER, Anna Elizabeth "Lizzie" ROYDER, George C. ROYDER, Fannie M. ROYDER, Emma ROYDER, Martha L. ROYDER, Charlie ROYDER, Cleveland ROYDER.
If you have info on any of these people, or a suggestion of where I can find naturalization info on Adam, please e-mail me. Thank you.

Does anyone know these people?
My gg-grandmother, Frances Patterson GILLESPIE BAKER, widow
of Joseph M. BAKER, brought her five children from Randolph
Co. Alabama, to Bryan, Texas in 1867, where I believe she
set up a boarding house.
Until I saw the following information, I couldn't figure out
why she chose Bryan. These must be relatives.
"Bryan TX, Brazos Co.: Mrs. J.C. GILLESPIE-d. Nov. 26, 1897,
age 78 years; Ella GILLESPIE - wife of Dr. F.M. HALL, d.
Sept. 26, 1886, age 43 years; J.C. GILLESPIE - d. Oct. 26,
1899, age 88 years, 9 months, 18 days; Bettie M. GILLESPIE,
b. Sumnter Co. AL, Nov. 25, 1845, d. Bryan, TX, April 13,
1899."
Frances was the daughter of John Patterson GILLESPIE
and Ann GARRISON.
Any hints, clues or other information would be appreciated.
Thank you!
