There is 56 acres in cultivation under a good fence; two wells of excellent water, and a good horse mill, at six dollars per acre, which is less than the improvements cost me; payable one half cash, the balance when we whip the damned Yankee ruffians ! Also, 640 acres unimproved land, heavily timbered, within three quarters of a mile from the Central road, at two dollars per acre, on half cash, the balance as above.
